Hi, I'm planning to move to Japan soon as a student, and I've prepared a clear plan for a relatively high-income, freelance business. I've heard from some places that a high-income student is not allowed on a student visa, even if the work doesn't exceed 28 hours per week. My question is, are there income limits? If I work less than 28 hours a week legally as a freelancer, do I have the right to earn any amount of money without it affecting my studies? If legal, would even several million yen a month (just as an example) be legal?
Of course with work permission from the immigration office
