JSPS Postdoctoral fellowship: Does the reputation of the host institution matter?

I’m considering applying for a JSPS postdoc in the upcoming cycle. Since finding a sponsor is challenging, I’m curious about how important the host institution’s reputation is in the selection process. For instance, does it matter if the host is affiliated with the University of Tokyo, Keio University, or Aoyama University? Thank you!
