Can you help me plan the order of this trip?

Hi!
I’m planning a trip to Japan for early October. It’s our second trip to Japan but it’s been many years and this time we’ll be with our 7 year old daughter.
We want to visit Tokyo, Kawaguchiko/Mount Fuji area, Kinosaki Onsen town and Kyoto.

Can you help me figure out the best order to visit these places and the most efficient transportation options to get from one place to the other?
I’ve done endless searches on this but I can’t decide and it’s driving me nuts lol.
I haven’t booked any hotels yet but I know I need to get on it asap.
