Looking for an English-speaking hair salon around Koenji

Hi, I’m living in Suginami and looking for a hair salon around Koenji (or nearby areas) where the staff can speak English.

I’m planning to go regularly, so I’m not looking for a one-time visit but a place I can use as my go-to salon. Ideally, they are good with both men’s and women’s styles (cut, color, perm, etc.).
