If you are looking for a really good dentist with decent English ability you should go to アキヤマ歯科医院｜新京極通りの人気の歯医者｜三条、四条、河原町から徒歩圏内 it's right across the street from the movix movie theatre in Kyoto. I've been a patient of his for about 15 years. He recently hired an assistant who can speak English if the dentist is not around.
