Hi, we've been working in a small Tech company with 12 people, they just notified 4 engineers (all engineers they have) about their dismissal in 1 month. They said it is because of downsizing due to financial tightness and they want to focus only on sale, so they are dissmising engineers! As one of the engineers, I am wondering if we can fight back? I already started my job search and have no problem with job change, but that usually takes 2-4 month in Japan, so I would like to buy more time for my search. So far I hadn't signed anything and all my feedback reviews were so good in the past. Can I refuse the dismissal by any chance? Thanks in advance.
