Hey everybody I'm hoping you can help me out here. recently I got an epos card. I've noticed that when I'm gone into the app there seems to be no way for me to make an early payment. I've only had the card for about two weeks but I would like to be able to pay off my outstanding balance whenever I want. when I check on paying at ATM or using the online payment it tells me that I have no balance (my due date is next month). Do I have no choice but to wait until they actually post my first bill to be able to pay off my current balance?
Also I've noticed that I do not have my epos points reflected in the app on my epos points. How long do these usually take to show up on your account. Is it after you paid off your first bill is a few weeks later a few days later?
