Got offer, company refuse to give documents for naiteisya visa, and student visa is ending

Using a burner account here. I am terrified for my life if I can continue to stay in Japan. I got a job offer from a big global company here in Tokyo, and I just graduated, so my student visa ends in exactly a month.

Problem is the company has not shared the necessary documents for me to start the naiteisya visa process. Company keeps stating they cannot provide visa support until they "can confirm the starting date" which who knows when, and urged to contact the Immigrations Bureau to confirm if I can stay in Japan. University also cannot provide help anymore.

With no timeline, I don't know if I can stay in Japan while I wait for the so called date when the company promises to help with the visa process. I looked at other visa options, but seems nothing can be done unless I get some documents from either the company or university. Any comments or suggestions would be very helpful.
