I was reading a manga and stumbled upon this phrase:
「最近のコはませてますなァ」
and for context here is the panel
and the cat is saying this to two characters who are young adults (18) and also the cat is 6 like…12 in human years or younger than them
So is this phrase used ironically or is he saying it to the two cuz they are meant to be kids?
Seeing as ますなァ is used, its meant to be ironic or sarcastic right?
