Ito-en is my favorite too. I think there is a sanpin and ucchin (tumeric) mixed tea.
For folks outside of Okinawa, if you miss sanpincha, note that Sanpincha is basically jasmine tea.
what you gotta do, is get sanpincha in bags and put them in a water pitcher and leave overnight in the fridge. Viola, own Sanpin cha
Ito en teas are great ! Lots of Okinawa special drinks are great ! Even sodas, don’t drink a lot of them usually but I could have Shikwasa fanta everyday, and I love Okinawa bottlers cola (I’m not even mentionning Orion beer)
Heck yeah sanpin cha ✨
Have you tried the other brands? I feel like some are more bitter but I don’t take note of which is which
I’m not in Japan so it’s really hard to get but I’ve been trying to make my own blend. Have been mixing Chinese oolong tea leaves with chinese jasmine green tea and dried jasmine. Been getting pretty close. Sanpin cha seems to be roasted darker than Chinese has jasmine
