Whilst backing up into a car park, the car opposite me one space to the right didn't check when exiting his spave and turned right straight into me. The other driver was apologetic and even said "完全に僕の悪い".
I hear from his insurance and they are saying because we both were moving in a car park the fault is shared at 50:50. I don't feel like I am at fault here but unfortunately I dont have a dashcam.
What should I do from here? Is there any possible way I am at 0 fault here? I'm a bit lost on the next steps.
