I contacted to the company from the phone number on my electricity bills. After texting and explaining my messages they replied me with the following message

お客様情報もお調べいたしましたとこ ろ、 ご契約中の小売電気事業者 （電力 会社） さま （電気料金のお支払い先） から解約の申し込みがなされたため、 ご送電をお断りしている状況です。 送電をご希望の際は契約開始のお申し 込手続きが必要となるため、 恐れ入り ますがご希望される小売電気事業者 （電力会社） さまへご連絡をお願いい たします。"
Where can I contact that 電力会社. I can only see TEPCO and ended up in the same website as before. If possible can some of you guys give me a link or at least a phone number
