Anyone here own a home and have experience renting rooms to friends/someone?
Who should I be trying to talk to for this? I am thinking 不動産管理 or 税理士？
I have a full time engineering job, but recently bought a house, and want to rent some rooms to friends at affordable rates.
I have a 5-year Engineering Specialist Visa. TIA for your feedback!

Edit: I would be living in the house with everyone as well!
