Just like any moving violations, police need to actually stop people first. I could count on one hand the number of times I’ve seen someone actually stopped by the police over the past 5 years here.
Can we fine drivers and pedestrians as well?
What’s “using” ? If the phone is a holder on GPS function that’s ok?
If the law was enforced then it might do something but them mamacharis ain’t stopping for no one
