For same-sex, 日本人+外国人 couples. Have you gotten the the Designated Activities visa?

I'm looking all over to see if this is a realistic option for me and my partner, but I can only find info about non-Japanese couples.

He's Japanese. I'm American. We both want to stay in Japan…
