PR application period Pensions payment question.

I am currently applying for PR and I payed my national pension payment soon after I got it at MUFG, but apparently the payment slip had expired. That was in June. The pension office just called and is going to send me new payment slips for me to pay which I will take care of immediately.

Does this count as late tax payments, meaning it will hurt my PR application? Or if I pay it it won't be a problem? I know they are very strict and are using almost any excuse to reject applications these days so….

A bit worried, so thanks for any insight.
