My boss told me I was needed at another branch, so now I have to move. Been living in my current apartment for more than 15 + years. But because of that my apt has been through alot of where and tear, to the pont where my plastic bathtub broke. Normally one would think "just cal the landlord and have them fix it" but for stupid reasons I don't want to get into, I never got to it . My fear is that when I move out, the real estate company will overcharge me for the damages.
My question is I heard in japan there was a company that you can hire so that when the real estate agent comes to check the place , that company Will accompany you so that you won't get overcharged.
Sorry I googled apartment checking company, but couldn't find anything good.
