Hopefully title explains it. PR application wants information on 家族全員（世帯）. It's just not clear to me if he would be counted. We are both registered at this apartment so I worry that they may count that. Truthfully I would like to not have him as part of my PR application; he hasn't always made tax payments on time so I worry that would disqualify me.
