Used car purchase processes?

I'm looking to buy a used car from Toyota's U-car and I'm wondering if anyone knows if the following two processes are worth doing myself, and if I'll even save much money:

検査登録手続代行費用 – Dealer Handling Fee for Vehicle Registration, 57,200円

車庫証明手続代行費用 – Dealer Handling Fee for Garage Certificate Application, 19,800円

Then, just in case, I believe all of these are compulsory?

自動車税種別割10月より – Automobile Type Tax from October, 25,500円

自動車重量税 – Automobile Weight Tax, 45,600円

自賠責保険料25ヶ月 – Compulsory Automobile Liability Insurance for 25 months, 18,160円

車庫証明法定費用 – Official Fee for Garage Certificate, 2,400円

預りリサイクル預託金 – Recycling Fee, 14,680円
