Infuriating 🙂
So – i want to start using NISA and decided to go with SBI Securities.
On page one of the application process, the site gives me an error message:
住所２(カナ) カタカナ、英数字、記号を全角でご入力ください。
I understand that to mean that it is this ridiculous full-width format situation – and i handled it many times and even on this very form for other fields with error message. However – even after converting the format to full-width on a online formatting tool for hat purpose – it does not let me pass.
Any idea what I could try?
