There are no "No Crossing" signs in the area.

If you mean making a right turn into a parking lot, then yes.
Yes. A solid yellow line just means that you can’t drive on the right side of the road to overtake (or you can’t make a lane change if it’s between multiple lanes on your side of the road). Turning right over a yellow line is allowed.
The very same question was discussed last week albeit with a lot of wrong/misinformed opinions.
Of course you can turn right though or there’d be a heck of a lot more u-turning and it would be ridiculously difficult to get to some places that weren’t on your side of the road.
