Paypay for national health insurance?

Hi!! Just wondering if anyone knows how to do the above?

I have the paypay app but I can’t figure out for the life of me how to pay it using paypay (as there isn’t a barcode on the payment slip)😭

If anyone knows how to do it that would be so helpful (I want to be able to do it to save me the hassle of going to the konbini everytime to pay it!!)
