I live in your standard outer city suburb. Land sizers are in the 200-300m² range. I have a few stumps in my front yard that need removal and I'd rather do it myself by burning them (it's typically a small fire for an hour than a smoulder for a few hours. The amount of smoke should be equivalent to a BBQ. Does anyone know if this is illegal or requires permits?
