I have been offered a contract job (trades).
The starting pay is not great, hardly liveable I’d assume.
But I have been informed by their team that the generous cost of living is around $800 USD (120,000¥) a month, rent included.
If true, I’d be saving more than I am here in the states, but at $1500 USD (220,000¥) is where I’d start struggling.
