Looking for English speaking psychologist near Kobe or Osaka

My wife has been dealing with depression and anxiety, especially when she has too much free time. Since finishing her degree, she’s been struggling to figure out her next steps, and it’s been affecting her mental health.

She has decided to see a psychologist but after reading some mixed reviews online, she’s feeling a bit unsure about where to go..
