I work once a week in south Osaka and pass through Tennoji on my way home in the evening. I’m always searching on Google maps for a place to have a simple but somewhat healthy dinner (ideally less than 2000 yen) but haven’t found too many regular spots. By “somewhat healthy” I really just mean something with some vegetables—not too interested in ramen. I put “set meal” in the title because I love teishoku, but I don’t just mean Japanese food. I have often ended up eating a set meal at Namaste Lumbini near Dobutsuenmae. I really like it there but I am looking for other options. Does this ring a bell?
TLDR I’m looking for an easy place for dinner around Tennoji. Any ideas?

[膳や](https://maps.app.goo.gl/WAPbCdKGnW8wTXbh7) is my go-to when I’m missing a bit of veg. All of their sets come with a tonjiru chock full of veggies.
In the [MIO building ](https://maps.app.goo.gl/6DtcnhCzTWmx5Mmo8), right above the JR Tennoji sation, there is one floor of only restaurants, I’m sure there is one for you as well. I think the floor is called M2, between 1 and 2. Just go up [this escalator ](https://maps.app.goo.gl/7V1q2TrA2QR4f7bJ8) one floor.
Edit:
Oh also 6th floor (I think) of MIO, right below the NITORI is also a restaurant floor.
