UK future JET here, I'm waiting to hear back from my GP what they can do regarding my cert of health. On the off chance they can do most but not all of it, e.g the x-ray or TB tests, what would I have to do to format the results? Would I be able to simply send multiple copies with different information and signatures etc in one email for a full set of responses?
