Hello Folks, I'll be visiting Japan in November and have the following itinerary planned. Its pretty rough as we like to plan things as we go on the basis of what we are enjoying. Also might revisit places we really like. We also love shopping, eating and nature.

I have the following questions with regards to the itinerary and will be great if you guys can offer some advice
- I'm confused whether i should go to Takayama for 2 nights, its a bit far away and might be a hassle. Reason we want to go to Takayama is mainly to experience a onsen ryokan experience (not decided on the exact one so recommendations to that are welcome too), and also because it might offer a slight respite from the crowds. If not Takayama, is there any good ones within budget in Fujikawaguichiko? (Budget around 40000 Yen for 2 people)
- I'll also be celebrating my anniversary on the trip, so any recommendations for that would be helpful too. Any experiences that we might enjoy?
- What's the best route for going from Kyoto -> Takayama -> Tokyo?
- As per my itinerary, i'll be going to Kyoto in the weekends, is it going to be too crowded? I can probably switch and do Kyoto first and then Osaka.
