Hello! This is my first time using Reddit so apologies in advance if I make any errors.
I’m from the US and have a degree in education administration with 10+ years working in higher ed. I’m considering applying for a staff position at TUJ but am having trouble finding the answers to some of my questions. I’m hoping someone here might know something.

I know they will help with visa sponsorship with some jobs. But do they offer any help with relocation? Or with finding an apartment, getting a bank account set up, etc.? I’ve previously lived in Japan so I do have some knowledge but I didn’t live in Tokyo.

Are salaries paid in yen or usd? What is the average salary for a standard coordinator level position? All I’ve been able to find is that TUJ pays less than other uni’s. Which is good to know but not super helpful.
I’m well aware I may be getting ahead of myself, but I honestly don’t want to bother if it’s not going to be remotely worth it.
Thanks in advance!!
