question about university of osaka

I plan to major in urban planing and minoring in photojournalism. i was curious on how these programs were at osaka

i am also thinking about kyoto uni but still open to other colleges that might be better for me

i getting my basics done and taking japanese classes at a community college here in the states before you ask
