Offered Job in Japan, can’t speak Japanese help

So I have been offered a job at a large bank in Japan doing roughly the same thing I currently do in the UK, all my interviews were online/over the phone with their London office.

These interviews were all in English however from what I gathered it would be expected that I learn and understand some basic Japanese before starting

Any advice for pretty much speed running learning Japanese
