Just had a freaking centipede drop on my neck from the ceiling

I was preparing to sleep in my room when all of a sudden, I felt something strange fall on my neck, and when I slapped it off this ~7cm long centipede fell to the floor. It bikkuried the shit out of me and I sucked it with the vaccuum cleaner, I left it running for a while so I hope it's dead.

I didn't take a super close look at it, but it didn't look too similar to online mukade photos. Are there other smaller, harmless centipedes in Japan? Have you had a similar experience?

I already hated japanese summer but this adds a lot to the feeling.
