Looking for a lawyer that specializes in employment law. Recommendations? (Tokyo)

I googled around a bit but some places I have seen might not have many reviews or I am not sure if they are the right lawyer for me and I figured because so many people in this subreddit share advice/stories regarding legal matters surely some people would have good recommendations?

I'm dealing with unpaid salary and would like to have a consultation with someone in Tokyo. Please let me know if you have a recommendation and if the initial consultation costs please give me a ballpark figure of roughly how much it will be.
