Specifically, my septum piercing somehow fell off and got lost so I need to buy a new one. When I look it up I only see piercing studios but I just need a store that sells the piercings by themselves and to a fair price. Preferably somewhere near Shinjuku or Jinbocho. Tips greatly appreciated 🙂
