Week in Japan – How does it look?

Hello everyone, I'm heading to my first solo Tokyo trip in a few days, any recommendations? Ideally the plan was to spend a day in the area(Shinjuku, Ginza, etc). Looking to see if this is doable, or if I should add anything else.
I'd like to think I have a open itinerary, but honestly more stuff is on my Wanderlog planner.

A few questions:
How is the Yamato(black cat) transport service? Do they allow same day delivery? What should I do within the early morning of when I arrive(pre 9am), anything open in Shinjuku?
Is it better to register Visit Japan Web?
