I was having lunch with my friend at a small and newly opened restaurant when 2 guys started talking to us. At first, they were just trying to small talk with us but then later on, we started feeling a bit awkward so decided not to interact with them. Pretty soon, they kept trying to talk to us and repeatedly kept saying, each time getting louder than before, "You like sex?" In English. He said like 5x or more in a more aggressive tone. The two guys started getting more aggressive and my friend and I started feeling more scared. We weren't sure whether to leave or stay because our orders were not served yet. We decided to leave without even looking at them when one of the guys tried saying, "I am sorry. I am sorry." We were both really scared and when we were out the door, the Japanese staff followed us outside and apologized. We froze and didn't really know what to do.
Edit: forgot to add they were 2 Japanese guys who were probably in their 50's. Guy yelling sex was muscled and about 6 feet? Other guy was less aggressive but also joined in and laughed everytime the guy looked at us and yelled.
Basically, I just want to know what I can do in this situation. People have said to record or call the police but since they never physically touched us, I don't think the police would take it seriously.
