Need advice about living in japan

Hi! I’m 21 y/o, girl, and I’ve been living in japan for 3 years but I don’t speak good japanese. I heavily relied on my friends who speak japanese://

I’ve been living alone for 4 months already. Since then, I haven’t really hang out with people. I figured I really can’t socialize well especially in big groups, and to add with that, I don’t really speak japanese when socializing.

I decided to focus on studying japanese 2 weeks ago lol. I work in a factory company but plan to have a baito in the future when I’m confident with my japanese.

Pls give me advice with socializing, japanese study, baito or work related.

Also I live in okazaki, so I don’t really get to talk to foreigners://
