Is it really this difficult to find business casual’s for Tall (not fat) people in Tokyo?

I have visited a couple of AOKI and Big M one stores in the last 48 hours…most seem to have either just regular sizes or the really big ones for super wide bodies/pot bellies…iv got long arms too and that’s not helping…and I start a new gig in the next week
