Hello All! It will be my first time living in Japan during Halloween, specifically Tokyo. I have friends flying in during this time and they would like to wear their costumes and enjoy witnessing other people in their costumes as well.
We aren’t looking for anything crazy to do, just a good time. We did look at Disney but it says, along the lines, that we aren’t allowed to wear tights. My friend’s costume is a superhero costume so it does require tights.
I am aware that we shouldn’t gather in Shibuya either and am looking at maybe Ikebukuro to walk around and enjoy the night.
Any other recommendations?
