Cured for like a half hour. Loblaws $9 salmon portion and a 50% off deli pepperoni pizza.

  1. Never heard of that but ngl I would eat it. It would probably pair better with a different kind of pizza IMO.

    I forget what it’s called but there’s a pizza that’s easy to make where you put olive oil as the base, salt it, then use sliced tomatoes and mozzarella cheese. I think really anything salty would work well. Like you could just do anchovy pizza and use sashimi instead of anchovies.

    I would’ve done smaller cuts on the fish and spread it out more too.
