A love letter to Chaos

(If you have a better resolution for this picture, would you share please?)

I think everyone is pretty much familiar with the entire story of Chaos. All the ups and downs from a faction that shaped New Japan for a long time, from authentic relevancy to barely an anecdote.

I'm aware that post-Nakamura Chaos was pretty much held together by the forever champion Okada and the banger machine that was Ishii, but had been pretty much taken down as a cool faction by the coolness of LIJ, BC or even Suzuki Gun. And finally fusing with Hontai was pretty much it, right?

Well, not exactly. I think the Chaos story kept going for the last 5 years, where Okada was slowly leaving behind a team of one trickster, three dads who hit hard and a quirky junior.
Before we got to that, we have to remember the All Chaos Final for the Never 6-Men titles during the pandemic. The first belt in Yoshi-Hashi's career was the spark that triggered four years of hard work and success for a group of wrestlers that just by being the way they are, broke the dreaded wrestling discourse.

I love Chaos, I love how Bishamon climbed to the top just by being earnest try hards and got to be wrapped with gold. And of course I love that Goto was the champion. All of it felt good, and I just hope is not over yet.
