I’m planning to book international tickets with ANA (All Nippon Airways) from India and running into some confusion. I’ve read about the “no surname in passport” issue, where the surname field is left blank and the whole name appears under ‘Given Name’. Has anyone here recently booked ANA tickets with this kind of passport? Do ANA’s booking systems allow for a blank surname, or is there a best way to fill in the details?
Should I repeat my given name in the surname field, enter “FNU,” or just leave it blank?
Did you face any trouble during check-in or at immigration?
