Is there a service in Tokyo where someone picks up your mail?

I have an office in Shinjuku with a mailbox, and I’m wondering if anyone knows a company/service where they periodically pick up the mail, scan the mail, and when necessary, forward the mail.

This service – https://atena.life – exists that almost does what I need, but my building requires a key card to get into the building and they’re not able to hold onto a key card on my behalf.
