So I’ve recently moved to Japan and paid my first pension a week ago. Today I received an “important notice” in the mail about nenkin. It doesn’t seem to be asking me to catch up on payments, it just seems to be notifying me of the ability to pay in advance and remit exemptions, as well as QR codes for registering and paying online.
Is this basically a harmless notice or is it meant to imply that I’ve missed a payment?
