Hi everyone,
Do you have any recommendations for finding turntables in Kyoto?
I’m open to looking at:
– Both new and used
– Standalone/component players and all-in-ones
For new ones, I’ve found Face Records and Edion.
I haven’t seen any second-hand ones yet that were meant for actual listening (I’ve seen some antiques and such).
Note that I already have a Soundburger so not looking for another portable.

Just go to Hard Off, you might find something there
Most of the big chains will carry that Sound Burger
Jeugia Basic (couple minutes from shijo on the karasuma line) basement floor has a good vinyl selection and a few entry level AT turntables. Tower also has a handful iirc.
I bought mine at Jeugia Basic. Both of their stores have turntables in various price classes but they are all more oriented to beginner.
Of you are looking for higher end turntables, Yodobashi at Kyoto station has a lot and Edion at Shijo Karasuma might also have some (bit I am not sure about edion)
