Hi, I'm here on a student visa for 1y6m for language school, and I'm trying to open a bank account from ゆうちょ手続き app, after submitting my student ID pics, app is asking for Occupation, and when I select student, it says "Please confirm Notes for non-resident customers" and notes say something in lines of "As account holder is non-resident under Foreign Exchange and Foreign Trade Act Definitions of Non-Resident, etc" certain things are not permitted.
Is this "resident status" in question something different from my residence status on zairyu card? Should I accept this even? It's little confusing since I uploaded pictures of my card with address and residence status, and then it says that you're not a resident, lol.
