How does the new permanent residency visa revocation law affect PR holders who accept international transfers? Specifically, if someone obtain PR in Japan and then the company transfers them to work in another country (that has a tax treaty with Japan) for a few years, would this invalidate their PR status? I am aware that we can accumulate tax credits in Japan, not sure how does the national pension works in this case.
