Moving items with lithium ion batteries internationally?

I am planning a move back to the US.

My household has a LOT of electronic items with rechargeable batteries, such as game controllers, computers, random devices, etc.

The moving company said they could not move these things.

Those items came with me when I moved here in 2018, so I don't understand why they can't ship back. What are my options for moving these kind of electronics? The slow sea shipment option is fine.
