As*hole superior in Japan

Around 7 months ago, I posted about my toxic manager in Japan. I got a lot of messages and most of them supported me and cheered me up to not giving up the life in Japan and search for other job.
.
Long short story, I did it, I have moved to a new company and this is my 4th month in this new company. It is three months training and this is my first week in the workplace where I am assigned to. Of course, new place means new superior.
.
I am being told to do a simple job, draw the 2D of the 3D part. After I finished like 7 parts, I submit to him and guessed what?
The first thing he said to me is :"What is the meaning of this thick line?"
I answered like :"I am sorry, what do you mean thick line, I don't.." I even haven't finished my sentences and he continued speaking so fast, a lot of thing nonstop without asking my answer and in the end he said like :"do you imagine how if they produced 2000 or 3000 units of this bar? Could you pay it? 払えんでしょう(You couldn't, right?)"
I was so surprised he said that in my first task. In my mind it is like," How could you scold me so bad in the first output. You are such an as*hole"
.
Actually he is the second superior in this company that is this rude. The first one is when I had my training for three months.
I am not saying that all the Japanese superior is rude and as*hole, I had like some ex-superior that was super kind too. But, for the percentage, they are 80% asshole! I just don't understand why they need to be so mean and rude in talking. In Japanese terms, it is called 失礼な言い方(impolite) or 言い方悪い(iikata warui, bad way of choosing words)
What is your opinion with this short story?
Any advice or similar experience is welcome!
.
By the way, I am an Indonesian and have been living in Japan for 6 years.
