Can Foreign Students Work as Delivery Drivers on Menu App Japan?

I know that foreign students can no longer work as delivery drivers for Uber Eats. But what about the Menu (メニュー) app? I searched but couldn’t find any information about it. Is anyone currently working with the Menu app? Please let me know.
